About me
15–20 years ago, I was using a computer for the first time with the intent of writing a book. I had a plot idea and wanted to see if I could produce a complete script of about 60,000 words. The computer was an old wreck, and eventually, after a few months, its hard drive failed. At that time, I did not consider the importance of having a backup.
I do not recall how far I advanced in the plot or the word count before the crash, but my enthusiasm diminished significantly after the incident, leading the script idea to be abandoned.
In 2020, I had a vivid dream that inspired me to revisit the idea of writing a book. This time, I used a modern computer and ensured that backups were made on a USB stick and the cloud. Words and events flowed as ideas accumulated over 15 years began to take shape. The outcome of this was my first published book: Somnum Exterreri, Mardröm (Nightmare)
Some years later, Twins was born. It lay and rested for a while, but has now been published, and it is my first book translated to English.
After I wrote Somnum Exterreri and Twins, my second book was released. Där Ingen Vill Befinna Sig. 'Where no one wants to be', in English. This was in 2024. This book is very much crazy, byt unfortunately only in Swedish.
Another story that is totally 'crazy', is the one I just have finished. The project name is secret. This script I have very high expectations on. Maybe it will be translated to English. I really hope so.
I was born in 1965, live in Valinge, near Varberg on the Swedish west coast. My professional background is in technology, where I have spent many years traveling across the Nordic countries installing, repairing, and servicing machinery in the electronics industry. These travels provided ample opportunities to write during hotel stays.
Writing is an activity I enjoy deeply, providing great satisfaction. Many of my writing ideas stem from my dreams, which are often unusual and complex. When I remember a dream vividly, I document it in prose.
I have several unfinished scripts and intend to publish them in the future. My ambition extends beyond these current projects, as new ideas continuously emerge.
Creativity remains ongoing.
